The venue is located minutes from the centre of Boston, Lincolnshire.

- Free parking is available on-site and there is nearby on-road parking if the car park is full.

- The building has four steps up to the reception doors. There is a permanent accessible ramp available to the left of the doors.
- Upon arrival and prior to your course start time, you will be asked to wait in the front reception area, where seating is available.
- Your course trainer(s) will greet you shortly before the course start time and show you to the training room. The room is a short walk (approximately 10 metres/30 feet) from the reception and is on the same floor level.
- Toilet facilities (including accessible toilets) are close to the training room and are on the same floor level.
Refreshments
Water is available in the training room. Tea and coffee is also available in the training room at break time only and is free of charge.
Smoking or vaping
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere in the building. A smoking/vaping area is located outdoors to the side of the building.
Fire procedure
- Please follow the emergency procedure set out by the centre.
- The assembly point is at the far end of the car park.
- Upon the alarm sounding, please exit the building calmly and stay with your trainer(s).
- Your trainer(s) will escort you to the fire assembly point and conduct a check to ensure all course attendees are safe and present.
- Do not re-enter the building until permission has been given by the appointed fire marshal.
Gainsborough
The venue is located on Willoughton Drive, off Foxby Lane, just outside the centre of Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.

Refreshments
Water is available in the training room free of charge. Hot drinks are available from a vending machine in the reception area on the ground floor, at a cost.

The venue is located above the Pelham Centre, next to the Pelham Bridge (above Portland Tools, Party Planet and ZR Tyres).

Parking and accessibility
- Parking is not permitted at the venue or anywhere in the Pelham Centre complex, except for Blue Badge holders. Parking is available within the city centre for a charge.

- Blue Badges holders: parking is limited. Please call 01522 212 314 to notify us prior to your course date. Blue Badge holders must use bays on the upper parking level of the Pelham Centre. The vehicle access ramp is located next to ZR Tyres.
- The site is monitored by an independent parking company. Unauthorised on-site parking may result in a parking fine.
- Please plan your journey by allowing ample time for traffic delays, parking and getting to the venue.

- Alternative pedestrian access is via the spiral staircase on the west side of the building, adjacent to the Pelham Bridge and Party Planet.
- From the upper level of the car park, there are no steps to access the building. To access the training room once inside the building, there is a door immediately on your left, which is usually open. Seating is provided within the training room foyer.
- Your course trainer(s) will greet you shortly before the course start time and show you to the training room. There is a very short walk (5 metres/16 feet) with no further changes in floor level.
- There are toilets on the first floor (which is the same level as the training room) and on the second floor of Witham House. The female accessible toilets are located on the first floor and the male accessible toilets are located on the second floor (and are accessible via stairs or a lift).
Refreshments
Hot drinks are available in the foyer. They cost £1 and only cash is accepted. Water is available free of charge.
