The Dysart Road improvement project saw the following works carried out in Grantham:
- rebuilding the whole of Dysart Road, including footways, from its junction with Sankt Augustin Way to the A1 overbridge
- replacing old drainage and kerbs
- amending the dropped kerb arrangements along the road
Aims and benefits
- smoother journeys for those travelling by car
- improved footways for those traveling on foot
- upgraded highways drainage for the area
Cost and funding
The project costed £3 million and was part-funded by a portion of the £20 million capital funding allocated to the county council as part of the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority devolution deal.
