- confirmation of whether planning permission is required. If so, you will need your planning permission reference number and digital copies of your supporting documentation
- property owner authorisation if your house is social housing or rented
- measurements of the footway/verge width from carriageway to property boundary
- drainage board proof of consent (if crossover affects existing ditch or watercourse)
