To enable a DBS to be processed, please upload the relevant documentation:

The documents must be checked by;

the Employing Operator or Volunteer Scheme Organiser
or, if the Operator is a relative of the applicant or the applicant themself is an Approved Operator, a responsible person of standing who you might use for a passport application. They will need to complete the DBS Application Declaration form. You can request the form by emailing TSG_DBS@lincolnshire.gov.uk.
