In order to provide this service it is necessary for us to exchange relevant information about your application with the appropriate District Council Licensing teams. Your information is only shared where necessary and where the law allows it.
To complete this form, you will need:
- a plan or drawing showing the proposed layout
- the charity registration number
- proof of Public Liability Insurance for a minimum of £5 million
We advise you to prepare these in advance. You only have 20 minutes to complete each page before you are timed-out.
A minimum of four days notice must be given for any new booking, and bookings can be made up to six weeks in advance.
A maximum of three dates can be booked per form.
