His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) inspects all fire and rescue services.
The latest report acknowledges Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue's progress in response to fires and emergencies, with areas noted as Good by the Inspectorate.
The report also highlights two areas of promising practice:
- the effectiveness of the co-responding service in providing lifesaving trauma care
- the 'assured level of risk' model
The report acknowledges the need for continued support for staff, increasing equality and diversity in the LFR workforce, and plans to revitalise communications and engagement.
