The City of Lincoln Council manages the resident's parking scheme in Lincoln.
We are responsible for resident parking schemes in Grantham, Louth, Sleaford and Stamford.

Permits and vouchers are for designated on street permit holder bays only.
- you must create an account and apply online for permits and visitor vouchers
- you must be a resident or business within the defined parking zone
- all permits and visitor vouchers are virtual
- permits applications require a minimum of seven days to be processed
- permits and vouchers expire one year from the provided start date, and you must then reapply
- top up visitor vouchers expire on the same date as the original book of vouchers
- a permit or voucher does not guarantee or reserve a parking space
- permits are non-refundable and are not transferable
- resident permits do not allow the user to exceed the time stated on limited waiting bays within resident’s zones unless it is a dual use bay which will be stated on the sign itself

Grantham
- Times of operation: Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm excluding bank holidays
- Charge for residents permit: £60 per permit per year
- Maximum number of residents permits per household: Two, both can be used within the zone at the same time
- Charge for visitor vouchers: £1 each in books of five or ten
- Maximum number of visitor vouchers allowed: 100 per year
- Business permits: Yes, with the same terms as resident permit
- Business visitor vouchers: Yes, with the same terms as resident permit
- Documents required when applying: Proof that vehicle is registered to the eligible property, proof of residency and proof of business address

Louth

- Charge for visitor vouchers: £1 each in books of five or ten

Sincil Bank
Several areas in Sincil Bank, Lincoln, will be operating under a new resident parking permit system from August.
This is a scheme being run by City of Lincoln Council, it is not a Lincolnshire County Council operation.
You cannot apply for, or access, parking permits for the Sincil bank parking scheme through us.
