The 31-metre long, 38-tonne pedestrian and cycle bridges were raised into place in August.
Karen Cassar, Assistant Director - Highways, said: "Over the past month, the team has lifted two new footbridges into place – one at Bloxholm Lane and one in Greetwell.
"Now that they're in place, we'll be focusing on completing the ramps and parapets for both bridges, ahead of opening them to pedestrians, cyclists and anyone else not using a motor vehicle when the bypass opens later this year.
"Elsewhere on site, Galliford Try is continuing to carry on with drainage, surfacing, footpaths, landscaping and fencing – as well as the new River Witham Viaduct."
The 7.5km Lincoln Eastern Bypass project is part-funded by a £50m Central Government capital grant and will improve Lincoln’s infrastructure, encourage growth, minimise traffic congestion and enhance the inter-city environment.
