What we achieved in February
Old Roman Bank
- Completed reconstruction of the road between Anderby and Chapel St. Leonards
- Reconstructed the Sea Lane / Huttoft Junction
- Reconstructed the junction to Anderby Creek
- Installed new drainage and kerbing in Chapel St. Leonards
Broadway / York Road in Sutton on Sea
- Completed Phase 1 of the works including footway and carriageway surfacing
- Installed all drainage on Phase 2 (Marisco Court to Broadway surgery)
- Removed the existing concrete road construction on Phase 2
- Installed new kerbs for Phase 2
What’s happening in March
Old Roman Bank
- Finish road reconstruction in Chapel St. Leonards
- Complete all remaining road markings throughout the project extents
- Complete the reconstruction of verges and install new passing bay signage
Broadway / York Road in Sutton on Sea
- Commence works on Phase 3 (Surgery to York Road)
- Construct new access to Broadway car park
- Complete surfacing to footway and carriageway on Phase 2
- Install drainage catchpits on York Road/Broadway junction

- Ongoing road closure between Sandilands and Anderby Creek & Anderby Creek and Chapel St Leonards
Broadway / York Road in Sutton on Sea
- Road and footway closure on Broadway, between Marisco Court and surgery until mid-March
Upcoming traffic restrictions and closures

- Night-time road closures as required in February/March outside the observatory up to the junction with Ancaster Avenue

- Road and footway closure on Broadway, between surgery and York Road from mid-March
