The works came to an end on Friday 13 December.
Cllr Richard Davies, executive member for highways, said: “This project was a really big piece of engineering that involved rebuilding a mile and a half of the A1104 between Mablethorpe and Maltby le Marsh. This meant laying over 8,000 tonnes of new road building materials.
“The completion of this project marks the successful end of the first of our three Devolution-funded projects at Lincolnshire’s coast. Our improvements to Old Roman Bank are well underway and nearing their midway point, meanwhile our reconstruction of Broadway and York Road in Sutton on Sea are due to start early next month.
“The goal of these three projects is to make people’s coastal journeys smoother and safer.”
Cllr Noi Sear, county councillor for Mablethorpe, said: “I’m very happy that these repairs to the A1104 have been carried out – the road looks as good as new.
“People in the area will be very glad to see that the council has rebuilt the road.”
This project was funded by a portion of the £20 million capital funding allocated to the county council as part of the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority devolution deal.
