What we achieved in November

Old Roman Bank

  • Completed new surfacing from the A52 in Sandilands through to Sea Lane
  • Substantially completed the reinstatement of ironworks in Sandilands
  • Started the reconstruction of verges
  • Started the removal and construction of new carriageway between Sea Lane and Moggs Eye

A1104 Maltby le Marsh / Mablethorpe

  • Carried out earthworks to lower verge along Main Road and Alford Road in Mablethorpe
  • Completed footway reconstruction
  • Continued excavation works and carriageway reconstruction works along Main Road and Alford Road

What’s happening in December

Old Roman Bank

  • Continue laying new surfacing between Sea Lane and Anderby Creek
  • Continue verge reconstruction

A1104 Maltby le Marsh / Mablethorpe

  • Complete earthworks to lower verge along Main Road and Alford Road in Mablethorpe
  • Complete excavation works and carriageway reconstruction works along Main Road and Alford Road, including the junctions of Mile Lane and A1031
  • Install new road markings

Current/ongoing traffic restrictions and closures

Old Roman Bank

  • Ongoing road closure between Sandilands and Anderby Creek & Anderby Creek and Chapel St Leonards

A1104 Maltby le Marsh / Mablethorpe

  • Ongoing to mid-December  – daytime road closure from 8:30am to 4:15pm
