Out of hours emergencies
If you believe that a child or adult may be a victim of neglect, abuse or cruelty, you can report your concerns to us. If you need to report an emergency safety concern for an adult or child out of hours, please call 01522 782333.
For immediate dangers on the road outside of normal office hours, such as fallen trees, call the police on 101. For other issues on the roads, report these to us through FixMyStreet.

Heritage sites
The castle will be open every day, except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Until Saturday 23 December, the grounds of the castle will be open for Lincoln Castle Illuminated.
Lincoln Museum and Usher Gallery
Over the Christmas period, Lincoln Museum and the Usher Gallery will be open from 10am to 4pm on:

Battle of Britain Memorial Flight visitor centre
The centre will be closed over the Christmas period and will not be offering tours of the BBMF hangar. It will close on Wednesday 20 December at 5pm (last tour at 3pm), and re-open on Monday 8 January at 10am (first tour at 10.30am).
