What we achieved in November
- Started drainage works to the southwest corner and northeast corner of the roundabout
- Backfilled existing ditches at the roundabout’s southwest and northeast corners
- Commenced relocation of the 33kV electricity cables in the southwest corner
What’s happening in December
- Complete relocation of the 33kV electricity cables in the southwest corner
- Undertake BT diversionary works to the northeast corner and install temporary footway
- Carry out site clearance in the southwest, northeast and west corners of the scheme
- Complete street lighting duct crossing
- Complete main drainage network in southwest corner of the roundabout
- Complete drainage in the northeast corner
Current/ongoing traffic restrictions and closures
- 24/7 barriers at the roundabout, with the current two-lane entries and single-lane exits maintained through the Christmas period
