Visitors to Lincolnshire can now find a range of amazing county experiences available to book on the Visit Lincolnshire website.
From blacksmithing to milling, and from brewing to beekeeping, 20 distinctive experience packages from local businesses can be found and booked via visitlincolnshire.com.
Alongside this is a new toolkit for other businesses wanting to create their own exceptional experience to captivate visitors.
Councillor Colin Davie, executive councillor for economy and place at the county council, said: "We're delighted to unveil these new resources for visitors and businesses, just in time for the summer holidays. Today's tourists want more than just a visit – they want an immersive experience that leaves them with cherished memories.
“The toolkit offers practical tools and guidance for our local businesses to deliver exceptional visitor experiences and cement Lincolnshire as an unmissable destination."
With craft experiences from award-winning artisans, zoo keeper and wildlife experience days, guided boat tours and heritage experiences, visitors can discover hidden gems all around the county.
Chris Brant, Director of Unmissable England, has been working with Lincolnshire County Council to support the development and creation of the new visitor experiences.
Chris said, "These new bookable experiences tell the story of the people and the amazing places across Lincolnshire. Today's visitors want to experience a place and leave with new memories. Our training and toolkit support local businesses to up their game and showcase their own distinctive offers."
