Three hands stacked on top of each other to show support

Lincolnshire residents are being asked to give their feedback to ensure the Wellbeing Service continues to give the support that is needed to help them stay well and independent through life’s changes

The countywide service is funded by Lincolnshire County Council and run through a partnership of district councils, providing a prompt support which can be tailored to specific needs wherever you live in the county.

“The Wellbeing Service provides comprehensive support and guidance wherever residents live in Lincolnshire, but it’s important we take stock and hear from residents about how it is working and how it might be improved” explained Councillor Mrs Wendy Bowkett, Executive Councillor for Adult Care and Public Health.

“This service provides support for many different types of need, including 12-week personalised support for those who are eligible, resettlement for those leaving hospital needing a bit of help, to those who need small aids and minor adaptations to support them to live safely and independently. It’s a lifeline for those who might have a disability, changing medical needs, coping with bereavement or face loneliness and social isolation. It can even help with difficulties with a person’s financial circumstances.

“We want to continue ensuring the Wellbeing Service is the best it can be so please complete our short survey – your views are important.

The short survey runs until 9 July and can be found online here.
