Side road order and compulsory purchase orders
Following the submission of the Compulsory Purchase Order and the Side Roads Order, the Secretary of State have confirmed both of the Orders as modified by him.
The Orders will be advertised in the Lincolnshire Echo and the London Gazette on 19 December 2019.
If any person is aggrieved by the Orders may, by application to the High Court within 6 weeks of 19 December 2019, to challenge its validity under section 23 of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981or the Highways Act 1980.
The grounds for challenge can be that the authorisation granted by the order is not empowered to be granted or that there has been a failure to comply with any relevant statutory requirement relating to the order.
