The Lincolnshire Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) is a joint committee of:
- Lincolnshire County Council
- NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)
It is also a statutory element of the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System (ICS), known as Better Lives Lincolnshire.
The partnership is responsible for:
- working together to produce a Lincolnshire integrated care strategy
- ensuring the strategy informs the local NHS five-year plan
We are still required to have a Health and Wellbeing Board (HWB) as a committee of the council. The HWB is responsible for the delivery of the Lincolnshire joint health and wellbeing strategy (JHWS).
As a health and care system with only one HWB and ICP, the agreed approach locally was to:
- mirror the membership across the two
- ensure links within the strategies to avoid duplication, or gaps across the ICS
