The Lincolnshire Health and Wellbeing Board brings together key people from the health and care system.
It aims to reduce health inequalities and improve people’s health and wellbeing.
The board is responsible for:
- producing the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA)
- informing the priorities in the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy
- agreeing the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA)
- ensuring the local NHS five-year plan takes account of the JSNA and JHWS
The board produces an annual report which highlights the work that has been undertaken on its behalf. It also looks at the opportunities and plans for the coming year.
Under the Health and Care Act 2022, along with the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board, we have established the Lincolnshire Integrated Care Partnership (ICP). This is part of the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System (ICS). The ICP has responsibility for producing an integrated care strategy.
