The Secretary of State confirmed the Order on 9 June 2014 with modifications. Modifications included some rewording of the schedule and the deletion of Part II (Modification of Definitive Statement), and the rewording of paragraph 2 which describes the effects of the Order. The effect of the Order is that Waddington Road Used as Public Path (RUPP) No 10 has been reclassification to a public bridleway.
