- Outcome and reasons for the decision
-
Documentary and user evidence do not support the existence of public rights along the route of Public Footpath No 73. The evidence does appear to show the existence of a historical footpath running from Common Road, past Jubilee Hall, over the beck and through the former depot area (now the Millstone Way housing estate) before meeting with Church Road, and that public footpath rights exist over this route. A decision has been made based on the documentary and user evidence to delete Public Footpath No 73 and add a public footpath between Common Road and Church Road.
