- Details of appeal to the Secretary of State
-
A number of objections were received and the Order has been submitted to the Secretary of State for determination. The public inquiry due to be held on 15 September 2010 has been cancelled. The order will be dealt with through the written representations procedure.

- 16 September 2008
- Confirmation,non confirmation (with,without mods)
-
The Secretary of State decided on 28 September 2010 not to confirm the Order because the evidence of public use of the Order routes was insufficient to raise the presumption that either route had been dedicated as a public right of way of any sort.
