Ceremonies at Spalding Registration Office - The Tulip Room can be booked to take place Monday to Saturday and can accommodate up to 50 guests.

The Tulip Ceremony Room is located on the ground floor. It is neutrally decorated and furnished in an elegant and modern style to be spacious and light.

Making your day special

Learn more on how you can personalise your civil marriage or civil partnership ceremony. It is important that your big day is one you will remember and treasure which is why we invite you to include your additions.

We are flexible when it comes to personal additions, however, there are some legal restrictions you need to be aware of. Civil ceremonies are non-religious ceremonies which include both marriages and civil partnerships. The law does not allow religious content to be included in a civil ceremony.

Our staff will ensure that you know what will happen on your ceremony day. We will make sure you are aware of how your ceremony will run on the day. If you would like to discuss your ceremony with us before the day, please contact the ceremonies team who will be happy to discuss your ceremony with you at any time.

The Tulip Room features:

• Music capability via CD and Bluetooth connectivity. Couples are required to provide their own music
• Parking is available nearby off Vine Street it is a pay and display.  There is a cut through that will bring you to the back of the building and to the registration office entrance.
