Laburnum Drive/ Elm avenue - Find a freedom of information request

On 3 Feb the lamppost on the corner of Laburnum Drive/ Elm avenue was knocked over and was sitting at a 40 degree angle over the road.

There was a council looking van seen in the area around this time and there was a fix my street request in about the salt box that was just next to it.

Later the same van was seen to park right on the bend of Laburnum drive (which was dangerous in itself)

My FOI request is

1 Was it a council van that knocked over the lamppost

2 if so what will be the result of this accident and why did the driver leave the scene of a dangerously leaning lamppost

3 How much will this event cost the tax payer

I have photos of the van if necessary, and it was the quickest "Fix" I have ever seen on the fix my street thing
