To change the existing parking bay times on Broadway and York Road, to an all year-round restriction allowing parking for one hour, no return within one hour, 8am to 6pm.
H-Bars that currently protect dropped kerb accesses will be replaced with no waiting at any time. No waiting at any time is also proposed at the junction of York Road and Broadway, and in the vicinity of the Co-op.
