Grass Cutting Partnership Scheme - Find a freedom of information request

Please treat this as a freedom of information request if necessary.

 

No minutes have been published since April 2024 so I have no means of checking if you have paid the council, and been included in the financial statement

 

I believe it is called the grass cutting partnership scheme.

 

Apparently it was not claimed last year, but it has been invoiced now.

 

I am requesting this information due to the numerous errors and omission's identified in the accounts.  
 

 I can confirm that the following information is held by Lincolnshire County Council;

1. For the 2023/2024 works a Purchase Order was raised by Lincolnshire County Council (LCC). However, LCC have yet to receive an invoice for this work from the Parish Council in order to release payment, and this was chased by LCC back in March of this year. I believe the value of these works was £753.89.

An invoice has been received for the 2024/2025 works and this was paid on the 14th October 2024.
