1. Can you please provide details of which systems, if any, are in use with your authority for the management of

 

Pavements,

Drainage, and

Geotechnical assets,

 

And whether these systems are externally accredited for management of those assets for example, UKPMS certification.

 

Further, please confirm whether management of each of these assets is carried out in-house or delivered by a third party contractor.

1. Lincolnshire County Council’s (LCC) asset management system is Confirm. Confirm is a UKPMS accredited system for the management of Pavements.

 Additionally, we use Map16 for drainage assets. Management of assets is carried out in house. Some condition surveys are carried out in house and some delivered by a third party contractor.
