I would like to receive information under the freedom of information act in terms of section 41 of the highways act 1980 whereby highways agencies and local authorities must ensure roads are well maintained. I believe this road was not properly maintained.
1. I would like information on and sight of an inspection log to show how well maintained the road was between 1st of February 2024 to September 30th 2024.
2. How exactly do you inspect and the repair policy? - Decision
