Web Assistant Impy - Find a freedom of information request

Request

We have recently deployed/implemented a web assistant chatbot Walis on our council webpages.

I understand that that you have had a live web assistant chatbot service Impy for residents for a while.

The data that I am specifically interested in is around:

1. Volume of average number of chatbot enquiries per month

2. Resident abandonment rates relating to chatbot interactions ie where resident clicks on chatbot icon but doesn't interact 

We were hoping to see how our web assistant chatbot engagement was progressing when compared to our peers.
