B1202 Heath Lane Boothby Graffoe LN5 potholes - Find a freedom of information request

My query relates to the B1202 Heath Lane Boothby Graffoe LN5. Specifically Fix my Street report reference 4561407.

I am requesting that you send me:

1. Full details and reason for logging of the potholes reported under Fix my street reference 4561407.

Customers services logged this report at 13.39 on 7/12/23. I have been informed this was logged as a result of a message regarding inspection of potholes from a senior highways officer.

2.The full report regarding of the inspection of the potholes referenced above. This includes date of the inspection.

Details of when and how the inspection was undertaken (walked or driven, speed of inspection vehicle etc).

Details of all carriageway defects identified, with photographs, description, date and time.

Details of how the authority handled these defects, what repairs were undertaken and the time between the identification of each defect and a repair being carried out.

1. The enquiry 4561407 was raised by a Senior Highway Officer 7 December 2023 at 13.39. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) staff are performance monitored and one measure is the number of enquiries that they resolve, they can request an enquiry be raised for them when they find works that they wish to order so that their performance figure better reflects the actual work they have completed.

2. On the inspection 7 December 2023 five defects were identified and orders issued for their repair, list below. Location plans are attached.

The inspection would have been undertaken from a driven vehicle, stopping at each defect to log it and mark it for repair.

Photographs of the defects are attached taken 7 December 2023 prior to repair.

All the defects were repaired by 12 December 2023.
