Continence products - Find a freedom of information request

1. The policy that is worked to on supplying continence products to children and any guidelines that accompany this that you follow?

2. Would like to have the last 3 years starting budgets for Lincolnshire for continence products to be provided and the closing budget for each of the last 3 years for the same budget as I understand there is a GP pot of money across Lincolnshire?

3. I'd also like to understand the current position on the provision of Personal Health Budgets for continence products given that this appears to be NHS funded (although the email address is a gov.uk one rather than an nhs.net one) and whether the December 2019 guidance from NHS England is still the active working document. If not please consider this a request for the most up to date policy document in place surrounding Personal Health Budgets for children?

2. Lincolnshire County Council does not hold this information as the owner of the contract is United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals Trust, LCC deliver the provision of the products and the associated assessments only.

3. Lincolnshire County Council has no input in the provision of personal health budgets, this sits with the ICB (Integrated Care Board)

4. Lincolnshire County Council does not hold this information as the owner of the contract is Lincolnshire Community Health Service (LCHS)
