1. Please would you forward me the staffing structure, including names, direct lines and email addresses, of your following departments: 

a) Legal & Corporate Governance Department 

b) Information Governance & Data Protection Department

c) Human Resources Department 

d) Policy & Communications Department 

e) Finance & Accounting Department 

f) Payroll Department 

2. Please can you also advise: 

a) What the total spend on Temporary/Interim staff has been in the last twelve months 

b) Which/if any recruitment consultancies have been used to provide these staff 

Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

We are only able to provide information down to service manager

2a) On the basis that Temporary/Interim refers to all agency staff, for the 12 months Oct23 to Sep24 the spend was: On-contract through Matrix (a neutral vendor) the spend was £7.2m
