To introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions at the following locations: 

• fronting numbers 1&2 and 9-13 Albion Street and at the junction of Brownlow Street and Albion Street

• on Albion Road at the junctions with Albion Street and Chambers Street

• fronting numbers 5-7 Albion Place and extending the existing no waiting at any time restrictions at the junction of Brook Street to fronting number 1 &15 Albion Place

• at the junction of Chambers Street and Sidney Street
