Decision

1. Confidential waste is included within the Property Services Contract; this was procured via tender.

2. Not applicable (see answer 1).

3. During 2023/2024 financial year, the contractual spend was £14.7million. Planned waste collections which include confidential waste was £368,000 for the same financial year.

4. 1 April 2015. Five + five years duration.

5. Yes five years. The contract will expire on 31 March 2025.

6. A separate Facilities Management contract has been tendered and awarded.
