Organisational Structure Charts within Public Health - Find a freedom of information request

1) Please could you provide the organisational structure charts (including names, job title, email address & contact numbers for the following teams please:

a) Revenues and Benefits

b) Financial Assessments

c) Income Maximisation

d) Homelessness

e) Adult Social Services

f) Mental Health and Wellbeing

 

2) This may also include commissioning teams covering the following job titles:

a) Director

b) Assistant Director

c) Head of Service

d) Service Manager / Senior Managers. It would be very interesting to know the following information for these teams:

 

3) How often do these teams carry out training within their departments to ensure they are up-to-date with their areas (legislative, procedural and soft skills)?

 

4) Does the training take place in-house or is this delivered by external companies?

 

5) Is there a system in place where they can access up-to-date information/documents? 6) How much is spent annually on training and any system to store policies/documents for these departments?
