Tuesdays

Park tennis

Ages 12 to 18.

Positive Futures will offer a new tennis session focusing on fun tennis games and learning new tennis skills. It is aimed at any young people that are beginners or intermediate tennis players.

Location: Wyndham Park Tennis Courts
Time: 5pm to 6pm

Wellbeing walk

Ages 11 to 18.

Every Tuesday the group will meet outside the Wyndham Park Tennis courts for a wellbeing focused session that incorporates a walk and other wellbeing activities.

Location: Meeting point at Wyndham Park Tennis Courts
Time: 6pm to 7pm
Cost: free


Badminton

Ages 11 to 18

A brand new badminton session for young people to learn new skills and play tournament style badminton.

Location: Grantham Meres Sports Hall 
Time: 5.30pm to 6.30pm on Tuesdays

Wednesdays

Junior multi-sport

Students only (ages 8 to 11).

Positive Futures provides a multi-sport session to introduce young people to new sports, develop their skills and have fun!

Location: Isaac Newton Primary School
Time: 3.25pm to 4.15pm

Girls' football

Ages 11 to 16.

Positive Futures provide a football coaching session for girls involving skill games and a match with opportunities to attend football tournaments throughout the year.

Location: Grantham Meres Leisure Centre 3G sports pitch

‘Raise the bar’ girls' gym

Girls only, ages 12 to 18.

Positive Futures provides fitness based circuits session for girls to improve their confidence and physical fitness in a gym environment.

Location: Grantham College Gym
Time: 6.30pm to 7.30pm

Raise the bar: gym

Ages 12 to 18.

Positive Futures provides an introduction to the gym session where young people can build their confidence and increase their skills within a supported gym environment.

Thursdays

Multi-sports

Students only (ages 11 to 16).

Positive Futures provides a sports or gym based session for all West Grantham Secondary Academy students to practice their skills and play games in football, boccia, table tennis and more.

Location: West Grantham Secondary Academy
Time: 3pm to 4pm

Netball

Ages 11 to 18.

Positive Futures provides a free Netball session for all 11 to 18-year-olds to learn and develop new skills through fun games and play netball matches, whether a beginner or already a netball player.

Location: Grantham Meres Sports Hall

Youth club

Ages 8 to 11.

Youth club includes a variety of activities including sports, crafts, consoles and cooking and is free to attend.

Street dance

Ages 12 to 16.

Positive Futures are providing a street dance session in collaboration with the Grantham Church of Ascension. It is for all young people aged 12 to 16 years, from beginners to advanced dancers. They will improve their street dance skills and work towards an annual dance performance.
