Costs related to the installation and removal of the car shaped cycle rack in the Spalding Sheep Market - Find a freedom of information request

Please may you provide me with details of:

 

Costs related to the installation and removal of the car shaped cycle rack outside William H Brown estate agents in the Spalding Sheep Market, and costs related to the installation of the new cycle racks that have replaced the car shaped rack.

 

I require specific details including:

 

1. The cost of purchasing and installing the car shaped cycle rack

2. The cost of maintenance and/or repairs undertaken on the car shaped cycle rack until it was removed this year

3. The projected cost to repair the cycle rack and bring it back to a fully usable standard (I reported that the rack was damaged last year and I would like to know the projected cost to repair this damage I reported as it seems to have simply been removed)

4. The cost to purchase and install the five new cycle racks that have replaced the car shaped cycle rack.

5. Details of what has happened to the car shaped cycle rack.



I would also like to have copies of the following:

 

Meetings. notes and any recorded conversations that discussed replacing the car shaped cycle rack, instead of fixing it

The cycle rack removed from site was transported to Pode Hole Depot, Bourne Road, Spalding.
