1) I should like to know from which Provider does Lincolnshire County Council commission the Young Peoples Learning Provision (YPLP) at its 7 sites in Lincolnshire. Has the Provider recently changed, or has it always been the same Provider?
2) How long does the contract run for?
3) Please could you tell me the annual costs of the Contract either in total or the annual cost at each separate site?
4) Does each of the seven sites have its own dedicated staff or is there a team of visiting support staff such as Behaviour Coaches or Pastoral Care Workers visiting on a rotation basis or on an as needed basis?
5) Please could you tell me from what date did YPLP Services became INSPIREU? Is this a totally new Provider or just a change in name of YPLP?
6) Please could you tell me of any available Performance Reports or Inspection Reports carried out by Lincolnshire County Council or other Agencies on the YPLP Commissioned Service.
7) Which Department oversees the Performance of the YPLP Commissioned Service?
8) Please can you provide me with a copy of the Quality Performance Standards Document which forms part of the YPLP Commissioned Service Contract? - Decision
