Blocked drains - Find a freedom of information request

Please can you provide details of the attendance, observations, investigations, scope of work identified, and work completed that led to the following reports being updated:
 
FixMyStreet 496087 O/S Merrymead Cottage B1196:
- the roadside drains to the east of the school and outside The Old Post House still appear to remain blocked.
 
FixMyStreet 4194261 Blocked drain problem:
- neither land drain connection appears to have been disturbed during my time away. Ensuring that these properly contain the flows coming across my property is essential to prevent further property damage this winter
 
FixMyStreet 494521 Willoughby Primary School, Station Road (also 465849):
- whilst most drains appear to be functioning the associated roadside drains to the east of the school and outside The Old Post House appear to remain blocked.
 
FixMyStreet 472764 Just south of the old post office... (also 2811825):
- there was an indication in July that this drain was to be cleaned as part of the next schedule of works and report 2811825 was closed. It clearly remains blocked despite the other references also declaring the problems resolved. Report 472764 remains open and has recently been commented on again by another affected resident.
