This location offers two ceremony options:

• The Council Chamber - Friday and Saturday only with up to 50 guests

• You Plus Two Ceremony -  held on the second Monday each month

All Ceremonies at Boston Registration Office include the hire of the room and the registrars to conduct the ceremony.

The Council Chamber (Boston) 

Ceremonies in the Council Chamber can be booked to take place Friday and Saturdays only and can accommodate up to 50 guests. 

The Council Chamber dates to 1904 with many of the furnishings and features of the room remaining unchanged. It is highly decorative, with ornate oak paneling, marble pillars, and beautiful stained-glass windows, depicting scenes from Boston's rich history.

You Plus Two Ceremonies 

Perfect for those couples looking for something simple with just two witnesses. A ‘you plus two’ ceremony is our most simple legal ceremony and takes place on select Mondays each month.

• Ceremonies take place on select Mondays each month
• These ceremonies are limited to just the couple and two witnesses only
• This ceremonies take place in an office rather than a ceremony room and offers no personalisation options
• Perfect for a coupe looking for something simple
