Please could you provide me with the following information:
1. Under what circumstances would a 'horses on the road' sign be needed on a lincolnshire road (this would be a residential area but where the national speed limit of 60mph applies).
2. Please provide all road traffic accident information, involving that of a pedestrian, for years 2022, 2023 and 2024 for the Boston region.
3. Please provide information in the council's decision process, regarding a 'no access for HGV's' sign to be placed on the roadside, as a warning to lorry's, they are unable to access/ egress this road.
4. Under what circumstances would a 'pedestrians in the road' sign be required. Please explain in as much detail, the council's criteria, as to where these should be placed (for example, number of residents, number of RTA's, etc).
5. Please provide information regarding dog waste bins, namely;
a. The decision process as to where they are located
b. Amount of dog waste bins located in the Boston region. - Decision

1. This is determined by the local highway team on a site specific basis. Siting of signs is in accordance with Traffic Signs Manual Chapter 4 Warning Signs.

3. Traffic Regulation Order may be made to restrict access by certain classes of vehicle (Process is set out in Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) Regulations 1996. Objections to an order are reported to the council’s Planning & Regulation Committee for determination.
