Land behind Alderlands Close, Spalding - Find a freedom of information request

1. I have contacted South Holland District Council about a strip of land to the rear of my property and they have advised me to contact Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) to enquire if LCC own the strip of land at the rear of my property.

The strip of land in question runs along the back of my property (Alderlands Close) and continues behind numbers 35, 37, 39, 41, 43, 45, 47 and to the side of 49 Alderlands Close.

I have included a copy of the title plan of my property with the strip of land highlighted for your reference.

1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) does not maintain any land behind those properties, as can be seen from our liability for maintenance plan attached. The ditch behind the properties will most likely be riparian with the properties and adjacent land. 

 LCC would advise you to speak to your local internal drainage board.
