1. Can you please supply me with an up to date email and phone number list of social work teams comprising of:

a). Service Managers

b). Commissioning Managers

c). Safeguarding Managers

d). Social Workers

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
