I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

The details we require are:

 

1) What are the contractual performance Key performance Indicators (KPI's) for this contract?

 

2) Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the Pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) and Invitation to tender (ITT) stages.

 

3) Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date.

 

4) Start date & duration of framework/contract?

 

5) Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

 

6) Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

 

7) Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

 

8) Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Decision

1. The KPIs for the contract have not been agreed yet. The KPIs for the previous contract can be found in the answer to Question 5.

 

2. All contracted providers are published on the Contracts Register. Details of current contracts is publicly available on the Contracts Register, which can be accessed at https://procontract.due-north.com. You will need to register to access the site, but this is free to complete.

 

3. The Council publish details of all paid invoices over £500 on a quarterly basis. This information is available publicly at https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/finances-budgets/expenditure-500. There is no requirement to register to access the information.

 

4. The start date of the new contract will be 1st July 2025. The duration of the contract has not yet been confirmed.

 

5. Please see attachment.

 

6. Yes. The extension period for the current contract is from 1st July 2023 to 30th June 2025.

 

7. The current contract has already been extended. There was a Prior Information Notice (PIN) that a new contract, due to begin service delivery 1st July 2025, will begin the procurement process in due course, and asked for feedback from the market. This PIN has now closed to responses.
