Usage of SMART AI Citizen Services Assistant and CoPilot - Find a freedom of information request

What are the policies for usage of SMART AI Citizen Services Assistant and CoPilot within the CSC - both in a customer facing roles and internally?

There aren't any Customer Service Centre-specific policies and Co-Pilot is not deployed within the CSC.

Lincolnshire County Council's CSC is required to adhere to Council policies as standard, so any Council-wide policies would apply.
