1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is no longer able to access the legacy system for pre-2023 cost information. Any campaign costs (LCC may run several campaigns in one year) are not recorded separately, but instead under a generic 'conferences and campaigns' cost heading, it would therefore not be possible to provide the detail requested.
2. LCC IS no longer able to access the legacy system for pre-2023 cost information. Post 2023, there have been no training costs for Lincolnshire County Council. The intention was always for the campaign to become embedded into venues everyday business, so venues would continue to promote the campaign and train their own staff as and when they needed rather than that being delivered by the Council.
3. Lincolnshire Pubwatch members and venues continue to promote the campaign without oversight or intervention from LCC. The service responds to approaches from a wide range of organisations from across the globe, keen to implement the campaign in their locality. LCC support them in achieving that, through the sharing of materials and advice/guidance. LCC also respond to requests from (mainly) local media regarding the campaign.
4. Please see response to Question 2. Venues train their own staff as and when the need arises.
5. Promotional materials (such as the master poster/ beer mats) and implementation guidance documents are available on LCC's website.
6. There are currently no budget plans relating to the campaign for 2025.
7. The campaign has not been referenced in LCC reports in the last year. It is not possible to quantify references to the campaign since it's inception, as this is likely to be embedded within the body of reports relating to Sexual Violence for example
