1) LCC uses an engagement platform that offers a spectrum of communication and engagement tools, including a survey tool.

2) The current supplier is Granicus.

3) The current annual cost for the engagement platform is £17,230. The platform provides a wide spectrum of communication and engagement tools, including a survey tool.

4) The contract is due to end in August 2025.

5) The budget holder is Karen Spencer, Head of Communications and Engagement.
