I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council (LCC). I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1. LCC established a framework for use by Lincolnshire Public Bodies. The framework expires on 30/11/2025. Due to lack of take-up to use the framework it is not anticipated at this stage that the framework will be renewed. Instead, the three district authorities that have called-off from the framework will make their own procurement arrangements when their individual call-off contracts are due to expire. Grounds Maintenance services for LCC are included within the Council's wider Facilities Management Contract which is currently being re-procured.
2. Please see KPIs in attached Document "GM KPIs"
3. Yes. No issues have been escalated to LCC by any of the Customers accessing the framework.
4. The framework was established using the Open Procedure.
5 Suppliers applied for inclusion on the framework. These were Glendale Countryside Ltd, Gould Landscapes Ltd, Rose Tree Forestry, The CGM Group (East Anglia) Ltd and Tivoli Group Ltd. Glendale Countryside Ltd were appointed to all 4 lots.
5. The framework value was estimated at 3,000,000 over the duration of the framework. We do not have information regarding actual spend through the framework or individual lots. Estimated values for each lot are available on the Contract Notice 2021/S 000-019056.
6. 01/12/2021 - 30/11/2025
7. Please see general specification issued to bidders in attached "GM Specification".
8. No, there is no extension period.
9. Please see response to Q1 above.
10. The framework is managed by the Commercial Team within LCC. Individual Call-Off Contracts are managed by individual Customers
