Request

1.  A copy of all legislation that the council adheres to for legal compliance of its street parking signs including compliance for sizing and positioning of notices to ensure clear and obvious instruction of parking etc.

2.  A copy of the original works order or formal instruction for the installation of the respective parking signs placed in Waldeck Street, Lincoln specifically the placement of those signs directly opposite the access from Albany St. including the detailing for compliance for position and sizing.

3.  The copy of the original works order or formal instruction for the altering/defacing of the localised parking signs in Walden Street, Lincoln and its specification/instruction in order to maintain legal compliance. Signs altered by Lincoln Council (or its representative).

4.   All data relating to the actual number of PCN's issued in the parking zones on Waldeck street and the surrounding area that is enforced under the same scheme.  Dated from installation of current parking signs through to the present date.

3. The original works order or formal instruction for the altering/defacing of the localised parking signs in Walden Street, Lincoln and its specification/instruction in order to maintain legal compliance is not held as it is outside the retention period The instruction in order to maintain legal compliance will be covered in our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan
