Please send to me:

1. A copy of the current road maintenance policy relating to that road.

2. A copy of the road repair history for that road over the past year. Please send me the full road repair history but this should include 1) dates of all safety inspections, 2) details of inspection, including speed of the vehicle, 3) details of all carriageway defects, with descriptions, date and time, 4) details of how the authority handled these defects, what repairs were undertaken and the time between the identification of each defect and a repair being carried out. For clarity, I ask for the details on all defects and repairs regardless if they were identified by a routine inspection or not.
