Lincoln - various roads (3) - Proposed Traffic Regulation Orders

(One way traffic, prohibition of waiting and 20mph speed limit) Order

• change the existing one way order on Cross Street to allow traffic to travel in a northerly direction from Scorer Street to Portland Street and on Portland Street, allow traffic to travel in a westerly direction from Cross Street to Sincil Bank
• reduce the existing No Waiting at Any Time on Portland Street outside properties, 57, 72 to 78, 77 to 81, 100, 101 to 103, at the rear of 87 Portland Street on Trollope Street, 48 and 50 Cross Street and 42 to 46, 11 to 13 Scorer Street
• extend the existing 20mph zone to Portland Street and Kesteven Street
